30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
ISEI Consulting, LLC dba Plainscope offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases of the SSP Package and on the first month of any Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and sign in with the email used at checkout, or contact support@plainscope.ai and we will initiate the refund on your behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Subscription Renewals
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time via paddle.net or in-app billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of clear billing error.
